Approaching from the M4, proceed along A48 to Carmarthen, follow signs for A484 to Cardigan and stay on the A484 untill you reach Cenarth. On leaving the village of Cenarth turn right, signposted Cenarth Falls Holiday Park, keep on this road to the end and turn left on to B4570. Ponthirwaun is about 3/4 mile. Golwg y Cwm is last white house on the left in  Ponthirwaun.

Approaching from the North on A487 turn left at Tan y Groes into B4333, signed Newcastle Emlyn. About two miles, in the village of Beulah take first right past garage. After another two miles, at end of road, turn left onto B4570. Ponthirwaun is 1/4 mile down hill. Golwg Y Cwm is first white house on right hand side.
