PAYMENT

A deposit of a minimum of £100 to be paid with the booking form. The balance of the rent must be paid 42 days before the start of the holiday. Non payment of the balance of payment by the due date will be construed as a a cancellation. The full weeks rental is payable with the booking if the start of the holiday is less than 42 days from the booking.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE.

The property is available after 4.00PM on the day of arrival, and should be vacated by 10.00AM on the day of departure. please check with the owner to see if early arrival/late departure can be arranged.

The holiday changeover day is Friday.

BEDLINEN AND TOWELS.

Bedlinen and towels are included in the rental charge. Towels must not be taken away from the property. Please bring your own beach towels.

PETS.

One well behaved pet is allowed, free of charge. Care must be taken that any pet is not allowed outside the garden area unless on a a lead. Pets are not allowed on any soft furnishing or in the bedrooms. Pets should sleep on their own blankets or beds. Pets must not be left on their own in the property.

HIRER'S OBLIGATION.

The hire agrees to pay for any damage to the property caused during the rental period. The property should be left in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer agrees not to sublet or share the property with persons other than those notified on the booking form.

The maximum number of persons allowed at the property is 6 plus one infant.

The owner will be allowed reasonable access to the property to carry out any repairs.

CANCELLATION.

If the hirer wishes to cancel he should notify the owner by letter, phone or e Mail. On receipt of the cancellation the owner will endeavor to obtain a replacement letting. If a replacement letting is found, a refund of monies paid will be made. If a replacement letting is not found, the owner shall be entitled to retain any monies paid.

ACCESS STATEMENT 

• Approched off B4570. Gravel driveway and ramp, or two steps, to a wide wooden door into porch. Wide wooden door into sitting room.
• Sloping rear garden with steps. Two steps from dining room and utilityto rear patio and path.
• Level and spacious ground floor area with wide doors to all areas including downstairs toilet. Washbasin only in downstairs toilet.
• Stairs to first floor from sitting room. Limited room at bottom of stairs. Small landing at top of stairs with doors to all three bedrooms and main bathroom.
• Village is situated in a valley. Surrounding ground is sloping.
